beginners class - November 2026

Have you been thinking of learning to cross stitch?  If so, this class is for you!  We'll be stitching a small Christmas stocking and finishing it by mounting it in an acrylic frame.

The class will be geared toward new stitchers but anyone is invited to attend.

We'll meet 2 evenings (6:00pm-8:30pm) at our shop in Sandersville.  The shop will not be open to the general public during the classes, only to the attendees. 

The first night, Thursday, November 12th, we'll introduce the basics of cross stitch, everyone started and well on there way to completing their ornament.  Then you'll have the weekend to continue to stitch before our second night, Monday, November 16th.  On the second night, we'll finish up our stitching and mount our finished project in the acrylic frame for display. 

Included with cost of class

• pattern: Frony Ritter Designs, Tiny Stockings, set 1 (set includes 4 patterns)
• enough DMC floss to complete one stocking
• 16 count fabric (6" x 6")
• tapestry needle
• needle threader
• 4" embroidery hoop
• acrylic frame for display - snow flake or circle (student's choice)

We will limit class size to 8 students.
